With the overwhelming and unashamed bias in the MSM, obvious and flagrant now more than any time in my life, I find that I'm having a hard time staying silent. So, as an abrupt beginning to my return—at least part time—to blogging, here is the text of the "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008" which was defeated today. Even govtrack doesn't have it up yet (though they might have it by the time you read this).
Here are a couple of other items that might help to clear up a few things about just who is responsible for what:
When you look at this link to the proposed "Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act" notice the date at the top, and then look at the co-sponsors. It's a short list.
Then watch this video (via my friend ED). It's a smoking gun held firmly in the very cynical hands of the Democrats.
Update: Oh, yeah... I forgot this one. It's the one where "Bush called for reform of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac 17 times in 2008 alone..." and Democrats ignored the warnings.
Update: Hello Hot Air readers! Reading Ed Morrissey proves you have good judgment. I'm just starting to blog again after a two year hiatus. I hope you'll look around and return to see how I'm doing.
